5) Digital Content, Licensing, and Intellectual Property
Unless stated otherwise, all course materials, recordings, templates, and text are owned by GrowCraft Academy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access purchased content for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from the content unless explicitly permitted in writing.
6) User Content
If you submit content (such as comments, assignments, or feedback), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, display, and process it solely to provide and improve the Services. You confirm you have rights to submit that content and that it does not violate laws or third-party rights.

The Services may reference third-party tools or websites. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
8) Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the security or integrity of the Services. You may stop using the Services at any time.
9) Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation or that the Services will meet your requirements.
10) Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, GrowCraft Academy and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Services.
11) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted on this page. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, via a notice on the site). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12) Governing Law
Laws may vary by country; we aim to provide globally fair terms. If a particular provision is unenforceable in your jurisdiction, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in effect.
